Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Fixation (the “Service”), a website that ranks Deadlock items by Win Probability Added. By using the Service you agree to them.
What Fixation is
Fixation provides statistical estimates derived from public match data. Win Probability Added figures are model outputs and represent correlation, not proof that an item causes a win. They are provided for informational purposes only, with no guarantee of accuracy, and should not be your sole basis for any decision.
Accounts
You may sign in with Steam, Google, or an email link. You are responsible for activity under your account. Linking a Steam account lets us analyse your public match history; you can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
Premium subscriptions
Premium features are billed through a third-party merchant of record, which handles payment and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the merchant of record’s policy and applicable consumer law.
Acceptable use
Don’t scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service’s data at scale, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to break Valve’s terms for Deadlock. We may suspend accounts that do.
Trademarks
Deadlock is a trademark of Valve Corporation. Fixation is an independent project, not endorsed by or affiliated with Valve, and does not reflect the views of Valve.
Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
